Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

• Do not use Creator Compass to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Do not upload malware or try to break, overload or probe the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
• Do not use the service to store content you have no right to store.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Creator Compass. You give us only the permission we need to host, process and display your content so we can run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for keeping your own copies of anything important.

Creator Compass is designed to work alongside third-party platforms. Those platforms are run by other companies under their own terms, and we do not control them. If you connect one in future, you are responsible for complying with that platform's terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions. See our third-party disclosures.

Creator Compass does not charge for the product today and no billing is built into the app. We may introduce paid plans in future. If we do, we will publish pricing and terms before charging anyone, and we will not begin charging an existing account without clear notice and your agreement.

This is an actively developing product. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise any specific uptime level at this stage.

Creator Compass is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. It helps you organize and track your work; it is not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice, and any numbers or summaries it shows are for your own planning only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can stop using Creator Compass and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, poses a risk to the service or other users, or where we are required to by law. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

We may update these terms as the product develops. We will update the effective date and, for significant changes, notify account holders in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
