Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion

Creator Compass's Facebook and Instagram connection is read-only. When you connect, we store a server-side access token and the list of Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts you shared. When you select Sync, we store follower counts, 28 days of insights and your 25 most recent posts. We do not post, message, comment or edit anything on Facebook or Instagram.

If you connected Instagram with Instagram Login, open Settings, find your Instagram account and select Disconnect Instagram. We delete the stored access token, saved insights and your Instagram posts list right away. Then also remove Creator Compass in Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites). When you remove it there or send a deletion request, Instagram notifies us and we delete the same data. A deletion request gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Sign in, open Settings, find your Facebook account and select Disconnect Facebook. We ask Meta to remove Creator Compass's access, then delete the stored access token and all saved Facebook and Instagram data for that connection right away.

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Creator Compass and choose Remove. Meta notifies us and we delete the same data automatically. If you also send a deletion request from there, you receive a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Email support@creatorcompasshq.com from your account email and we will delete your Facebook and Instagram data. Deleting your Creator Compass account also deletes it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
